Our Algarve padel retreat gives 16 guests the opportunity to improve their padel skills in a fun, supportive and sunny environment!
7 days of padel, poolside relaxation and easy socialising
Picture this. You wake up and enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast in the warm morning sun before heading off for a couple of hours of coaching. You can then relax during lunch and free time, perhaps take a dip in the pool, explore the local area or embark on our extra activities. In the afternoon, you’ll have a few more hours of free play on the court to practice your newly learned skills. The day ends with a group dinner, either at our lodge or one of Luz’s first-class restaurants. Sounds like the perfect padel day, right?

DANIEL / HEAD PADEL COACH
Meet Daniel – your head padel coach for the upcoming padel retreat! Originally from Sweden, Daniel made the move to sunny Portugal in 2021, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the world of padel. He’s been playing and competing since 2019, and with 4 years of coaching under his belt, he’s got the perfect mix of skills to help you level up your game.
Having trained with some of the top coaches in Spain, Daniel’s knowledge of the sport is second to none, and he even earned his coaching certification in the heart of padel country. He’s currently the Head Coach and Manager at OPC, where he’s been sharing his passion for the game with players of all levels.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, Daniel’s approach to coaching is all about making learning fun, accessible, and rewarding. So get ready to hit the courts with a coach who knows how to bring out the best in you – all while keeping the vibe light, engaging, and totally enjoyable. Let’s play some padel!
How do I reserve my place?
1. Pick your dates
We have multiple Algarve padel retreats throughout the year, so you can choose a date that suits you best.
2. Fill out our booking form
Fill out our booking form at the bottom of the page with your personal information and any preferences or special requests.
3. Secure your spot
Once we’ve confirmed your booking form, you will receive payment instructions to secure your spot. Spaces are limited so make sure to book early!
After that, all you need to do is show up – we take care of the rest!

We have plenty of rooms and space for up to 16 people.
Absolutely! Our Algarve padel retreats are designed to accelerate your skills in a condensed time frame. With expert coaching, dedicated court time and tailored fitness training, you’ll notice a big difference in your skills by the end of the week.
You can rent a padel racket here or bring your own. You will need to bring suitable clothing, proper footwear and any personal items you may need.
Yes, our Algarve padel retreats cater to players of all levels. Our coaches will tailor their instruction and training to your individual skill level and goals.
Absolutely! The Algarve offers plenty of activities and attractions for non-padel players. They can join you in the lodge, relax by the pool or explore the local area while you enjoy your Algarve padel retreat.
Yes, you will have plenty of free time to relax and explore the area. You can also use this time to practice what you’ve learned on the court or get some extra coaching from our experts.
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. Just let us know when you book and we’ll make sure to have suitable options for you.
By booking your stay or any other services with Vida Boa Lodge, you agree to all our terms and conditions. In this document, “you,” “client,” “customer,” and “guest” refer to the person making the booking, while “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Vida Boa Lodge” refer to Vida Boa Lodge.
The client is responsible for reviewing all booking and confirmation details carefully. Any errors or discrepancies must be reported to Vida Boa Lodge immediately.
If a group booking is made by one person (the lead guest), they confirm that they have the authority to book on behalf of the group. The lead guest must ensure all group members are aware of and accept these terms and conditions.
- For retreats, guests should arrive mid-morning or early afternoon for a meet-and-greet session and the first activities of the day.
- Departure is in the morning on the last day of the retreat.
- Early or late check-in/check-out may be accommodated upon request.
- Luggage storage is available, and guests may use the facilities until their room is ready or until departure time.
- Guests may request bookings for groups, promotions, camps, retreats, or special weeks via our booking system, email, or WhatsApp.
- To confirm a camp/retreat booking, a 20% deposit of the total amount is required.
June Retreat Payment Plan:
- 20% deposit within 5 days of booking to confirm the reservation.
- Remaining 80% payment due by May 2nd.
September Retreat Payment Plan:
- 20% deposit within 5 days of booking to confirm the reservation.
- 30% payment due by May 2nd.
- Remaining 50% payment due by August 1st.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation, and the booking may be sold to another client.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Cash
- Revolut
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (please include all transfer fees to ensure full payment is received and use your surname as a reference).
We do not currently accept card payments for bookings or at Vida Boa Lodge.
- Up to 6 weeks before arrival: 20% deposit is non-refundable.
- Within 6 weeks of arrival: 100% of the payment is non-refundable.
- Force Majeure: If accommodation becomes uninhabitable due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics), refunds will only apply to accommodation costs.
- Guests must behave respectfully toward others and Vida Boa Lodge property. Unruly behavior may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Accommodation must be left clean and tidy upon departure.
- Any damages, breakages, or losses must be reported to staff immediately, and additional charges may apply.
- Staff live on-site.
- All food and drinks consumed at Vida Boa Lodge must be purchased on-site.
- The lodge features a fully stocked outdoor bar and a 24-hour honesty bar.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen or refrigerator space.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
- Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially late at night, as Vida Boa Lodge is in a residential area.
- Activities such as yoga, surfing, and fitness may be provided by Vida Boa Lodge or its affiliates, partners, or subcontractors.
- Participation in activities is at the guest’s own risk. Guests must assess their own fitness levels and medical requirements.
- Any health issues or allergies must be disclosed to Vida Boa Lodge before arrival.
- If an activity is canceled by Vida Boa Lodge, we will attempt to reschedule or provide a voucher for a service of equal value.
The use of drugs is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
- Vida Boa Lodge reserves the right to adjust prices at any time before booking confirmation.
- All prices are quoted in Euros and may be subject to change.
- Price changes do not affect confirmed bookings.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after a booking is confirmed.
Deposits:
- Dorm lockers: €20 returnable cash deposit is required for padlock use (guests may also bring their own).
- Beach towels: €5 rental fee per towel + €15 returnable cash deposit.
- The use of Vida Boa Lodge facilities and amenities is at the guest’s own risk.
- Travel insurance is mandatory under EU law.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid documents (passport, visa, ID, driving license, insurance, etc.) before traveling.
- Vida Boa Lodge is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to personal belongings or individuals.
- Vida Boa Lodge is not liable for cancellations or changes in services due to external factors (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters).
- We reserve the right to cancel activities if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Vida Boa Lodge may provide transportation through third parties or our minibus. Guests use transportation services at their own risk.
- By booking with Vida Boa Lodge, guests consent to being photographed or recorded during activities and their stay.
- Guests grant permission for these materials to be used for promotional and advertising purposes on Vida Boa Lodge’s website, social media, and partner platforms without additional notice or compensation.
- If any issues arise during your stay, you must notify a staff member immediately so we can address them as quickly as possible.
- We are not responsible for compensation for complaints not brought to our attention during your stay.
