Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You may request a return up to 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition as received

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchaseHow to Start a Return

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it

promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that postcards and any clearly marked non-returnable merchandise cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated by weight

We currently ship within Europe only. If you live outside Europe, please contact us directly to arrange your order.
